City Beach Residential College

LPJV, a joint venture between PCB Projects and Landscape West were engaged by FIRM Construction for the external works package at the City Beach Residential College. One of the project highlights was the design and construction of a large radiused Corten Steel staircase that highlighted a heritage-listed Ficus tree at the front of the school.
